I have never been very sportive as a kid but eventually turned to lift weights at the gym during my time in high school, I guess that gives me the athletic background as an expert in repping them bicep curls.

What initially brought me to CrossFit was the opportunity to work out at a gym without having to see my face in the mirror, and the fact that I could work on endurance without the need to run. However, what made me fall in love with the sport became to be the diversity of movements, how a sport could be made so fun and competitive while mixing the best (and worst) in all sports: from controlled functional movements to adrenaline rushes combined with complete exhaustion. This blend with such a social and open community makes me want to come back every day!
